Flex is a Latex free foot and ankle strengthening device that eliminates the need for dancers to manually manipulate TheraBand's with their hands to strengthen and stretch their feet. With flex, resistance is created and stems from the hips and legs. Now, you are free to multitask! With an adjustable waistband and adjustable leg straps, you can set the exact level of resistance you want depending on your desired exercises, leg length, and flexibility. Flex provides three different levels of resistance bands. Latex free! As you become stronger you can explore new ways of exercising your toes, arches, and ankles and swap out these bands for new challenges. Maximize your turnout with the adjustable velcro strap that offers customizable intensity. Simply adjust the width to increase or decrease the level of intensity, and move the strap down the leg straps to enhance resistance.
